instead of being boring you can have forum ranks to make the forum a little cooler
i have other animated forum ranks as well as non animated forum ranks
if you need something custom just send me a message and ill see what i can do

these ranks are just a suggestion to the forum as i see admins and staff has just the boring text reading the rank
